While I was shopping at the mall last week-end for my 4th pair of
Leggings, I had a deja vu moment. It occured to me that the fashion I shop for and embrace in my closet is 
reminiscent of beloved days gone by…You guessed it!

It’s time to hit my Halloween Box and resurrect those lovely treasured garments with
Shoulder Pads.
Shoulder Pads are back on the Runway for Fashion Week in an exaggerated way up to 2 inches thick. It is suggested to start small and work you way up as confirmed by The Huffington Post.
It is my opionion that I have been there…done that and I have vowed to never say never again because each and every time it bites me…you know where.

Anyone that reads my blog pretty much knows that my days start with Therapy…Ha! Oops! Kidding sort of BUT instead a 
brisk 6:00am hour long walk with three of my friends all chatting away while solving not only our problems but also the worlds.
(Not quite the picture but more the vision of a neighborhood)
After clearing my head, I walk up my driveway, through the front door and arrive back into my office (home), follow it up with Coffee and “GMA” (Good Morning America) as I begin my day in front of my computer and my work day generally ends on the computer.
I have been struggling with my weight since I quit smoking 18 months ago which is often a 
HUGE source of frustration because I MISS MY CLOTHES 
and pride myself in being able to exercise self control! UGH!
What is my problem???
This week it dawned on me that much of my issue is associated with my sedentary job that I absolutely LOVE. Spending my days working behind a computer is actually working furiously against my innermost fit person by the minute.
AH HA MOMENT!

Do any other women out there get as frustrated as I do when it comes to purchasing gifts for the men in your life?

Oh the Excitement!
that is stirring in me at the mere thought of launching a series of gift ideas for the styled down beauty and fashion mavens from young to the young at heart. No! No! No! You will never hear “Older or mature†here… as both words sound dreadful. What immediately comes to my mind is one foot fully in the grave while the other dangles aimlessly suspended on limited, borrowed time. Ut uh!
Time to Face the fact that a self proclaimed fashionista determines her own wants, needs and desires and rest assured age doesn’t play a factor.
